- WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
We currently only ship within the US.
- DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGES OR RETURNS?
Yes. But only exchanges. Please read the description and measurements carefully BEFORE purchasing, as we do not accept returns.
Notice of exchanges must be done within three days of customer receiving merchandise. Once shipped, we do not accept returns.
If you want to exchange your previously purchased item , we will gladly exchange the product for something else on our website that is of equal or greater value.
We require a tracking number on merchandise that is sent back to us and all item(s) must be returned in the same condition they were received.
- Lost/Stolen Packages
Amissbehave is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS.
- HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you would like to cancel your order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible after the order is placed. We will unfortunately not be able to cancel orders once they are processed/shipped.
We also are not able to add items to an existing order. Please place a new order and email us with both order numbers . We will be able to combine the shipping and reimburse you for the extra shipping charge on the second order. This is provided that you contact us as soon as possible after you place both orders. If not, you will be charged shipping for all orders.
